Question
The wooden box covers the whole base of the steel/metal box. So the bottom of the nest box is wooden and the top and the sides are metal.

Actually I have another cockatiel with my breeding pair, they live together so do u think I should seperate them? or os this fine?

Answer
Aamir,

I just looked back...in another post, you told me you didn't have any other birds in your home, and now you state you have another tiel living with your breeding pair.  I want you to know that I'm the same person you've been communicating with from the beginning.  You need to be truthful with your information so that I can help you and your birds.

Hi again, Aamir.

Yes, most definitely, separate the single tiel from the breeding pair.  This could be a reason why the breeding pair hasn't laid eggs yet!
