Question
Hi guys,
I have a Fantail Pigeon which is suffering from some eye infection. One of the eye is swollen and will be always watering. Also its not able to open that eye completely. what should be done to bring it to normal? Please help

Answer
Hi, Shankar,

You can purchase an eye antibiotic called Terramyacin (not sure if this is spelled correctly) from Global Pigeon Supplies on the WWW.  Google search for "Global Pigeon Supplies."  They usually ship within 24 hours and you will have in a couple of days, depending on where you live.  Until then, I recommend you purchase and use some sterile eye drops (over the counter item) from a local pharmacy in your area.  This should help some until the eye antibiotic arrives.
