why does my bungie try to fly into my face, when i sit next to her cage she attempts to fly into my face is there something wrong should i be concerned

Answer
Some budgies are just clingy.  They sometime find a favorite spot that they want to perch on, usually a high spot like your shoulder or in this case, your face.

Do you have glasses?  My budgies used to get a bit too close for comfort because they wanted to play with my glasses.

Don't worry about this behavior.  All pets have their quirks, and they sometimes are just phases that pass.  As long as she's happy and healthy, she should be fine.
