i am not a very edu. person so bear with the spelling, please. i got my wife a parket today from the local pet shop, and i am really not sure how to take care of it . so i really dont have any questions. i just ask for some basic knowladge to keep the littel guy alive. i do i have one question to ask: do i need to get it a little friend or will it be ok by itself? so if you could give some basic i would relly appricate it.

Hi, usually these birds love to be with 2 or more of the same species, the only down thing about this is that if you buy more than 2 they will not be affectionate to you.But if you buy 1 wich you have now, and talk to it every day and give it attention it will get attached to you.To take care of parkeet is easy to take care of just give it food and water daily and occasionally give it those braches filled with parakket seeds, make sure to also have a cuddle bone for it aswhell as a nice branch from the outdoors and a small bird nest wich you can purchas at your lcocal pet store.THANKS!!!!
