help!!

I don't know...how hard did he hit the ceiling and how bad is the bleeding?  Have you looked at your bird's head to see if there is a cut or anything?  If a bird hits a ceiling or wall hard enough, it can break it's neck and die immediately.  

You really need to pick up your bird and examine it thoroughly to see how badly it might be injured.  If it's serious enough, you need to get the bird to an avian veterinarian ASAP for treatment.  Keets only have a little less than 1 teaspoon of blood in their entire body, so it depends on how much blood loss there's been and whether there's a cut involved that might require attention of some sort.
