doves and finches

Question
iv been told you can mix ring neck doves with finches but than iv been told you cant because of there size differce but iv seen them mixed in pet stores but pet stores dont always do whats right for the birds anyway i have a 6 foot long 6foot high 3foot wide cage and i love to have doves and finches mixed like Society and Goulians or what ever i could mix i currently own 4 doves and can pritty much get any finch my aunt is a big finch breeder i need help i would be very thankful if you awnserd me thank you

It depends what kind of doves you have for inctance small diamond doves will mix very well with most finches but the larger ring neck doves may pick on the small doves but you could always try and see if the ring neck doves would pick on the finches by keeping them together for a few days and if the doves start picking then you could always take the finches back.
