Lovebirds and button quails

Question
I have a lone lovebird and would love to get a cute button quail to keep her company and run around the bottom of the cage. Will she, my lovebird, bother the quail?

Hello Sydney and thank you for your post.
Do NOT put your button quail in with your lovebird.  Lovebirds are naturally aggressive, and it will kill the button quail.  
You can keep them in the same room, but keep them in separate cages.
