pregnant mini mare

My pregnant mini, her first pregnancy, my first mini, is close to foaling. Bagging up for 6 wks. plus. Today, saw 'pulsating' protrusion from the vulva. stopped after a min. or so. not pacing; stomping;rolling; etc. etc.
would you  know what / why 'something'coming in/and out?

Hi Candy,
          I would get your mare to a vet right away. There are several serious things that might be happening. She could be having a prolapse of vagina and cervix . She could also be trying to deliver the foal and having problems. Either way she needs to see a vet, ASAP.

Please let me know what happens.
