Sick Red-footed tortoise

My 5 year old Red-Footed tortoise laid two eggs 5 days ago.  She has not
travelled far from the area where she laid the eggs but moves around a bit and  
occasionally makes strange high pitched noises.  She has her head in and her
front legs stuck out in front.  She is about 10" front to back.  Do they lay over
several days?

Yes, but not usually THAT long. She sounds distressed. She may be egg-bound, dehydrated, etc.

There is not enough info here to make a better guess. I need temps, humidity, diet, housing, etc. as well as other signs- runny nose? Eyes weeping or sunken? Etc.
