QuestionIs it ok or bad to house western and eatern boxes together?
Cheryl
AnswerGenerally it is always bad practice to house different species together, especially if they don't even come from the same region. The T. carolina comes from the east, obviously, where habitat is wooded and humidity is higher. The T. ornata are from the western arid and desert regions. So, in short, the answer is: it is bad. They need different habitats, preferably outdoors if the local climate allows.
