Hissing/chirping

Question
My female 3 year old sulcata tortoise sometimes makes chirping/inside burping
sounds (mostly at night, but occasionally at other times as well). I was simply
wondering if this is normal or if I have something to worry about. Thanks!

A small amount of rather soft noises every so often is normal. We would worry if it was happening frequently and/or for long periods, or if they were sounds associated with breathing problems (wheezing, bubbling, burbling, etc.)
