red ear slider baby turtle

my baby red ear slider isn't moving or eating i think its dead but it was moving yesterday and it never opens it eyes they look swollen

Swollen eyes are a sign of an infection, and not moving is a bad sign as well.

You can tell if it is still alive by pulling on one leg gently. If it resists and pulls back, it is alive but needs to be seen by a vet. If it does not resist or does not pull it back, it is probably dead. Sorry!
