Top Expert

I visit this site every now and then and I something has been bugging me. I think you are so much better an expert than that Chastity Gingo. Your writing and knowledge is obviously better. I think it better if readers just get your answers and not hers. I saw she was here before you, but you are now far ahead of her in questions and ratings. Why does AllExperts even keep her around?

Anyway, thank you for your work being available here. I send this question to the Tech Support box but didn't get an answer yet.

Thank you very much for the compliment.  I can only hope to help sugar glider owners and their pets by providing answers and information or the links where they can find answers to their questions.  

Unfortunately, I cannot answer your question as I am not able speak or answer for AllExperts and am without knowledge on their policies and operation.  You will have to wait for the answer to come from Tech Support.  

I would like to point out that Ms. Gingo generously signed up to volunteer her time to answer questions to the best of her ability to help provide information in an area where there was no volunteer and a lack of information.  As far as I have read, she helped those who contacted her.
