Seperating joeys from mom

My joeys have now been officially out of the pouch for two weeks, and their eyes are now open. When can I take them away from their mom and dad...i think i was told somewhere like 8 weeks...is that right?

Yes, eight weeks is when joeys may leave their parents.  You will know they are ready when they eat and eliminate on their own. It is not necessary, though.  They could stay with parents until they begin to mature, at about six months.
