QuestionWe recently lost our 9 month old female and we have a six month old male. We are looking at young and/or baby females to replace her but I don't want to put a too young female in with a male. He hasn't gotten his bald spot yet, though it's just starting. At what age can you put a young female with a male?
AnswerTracy,
If your glider is only six months old, it shouldn't really be a problem. Make sure you go through the introduction process described on my website: nc.sugar.gliders.googlepages.com. You don't want to leave them alone together until you are certain that they will get along.
I hope this helps.
