and my girl sugarglider has a lump on her belly does that mean shes pregnant?

It is hard to say without seeing her.. could you upload a photo of her tummy..??
but yes more than likely.. keep watch and see if the growth grows

if she is acting sick in the meantime maybe not.. please do take her into the Vet ASAP just to be sure
