curly tailed lizzard

We have  one and had it since june. I noticed yesturday that both eyes were shut with a matt why is this and how do I help it?

Do you have any pictures you could post to show me how extensive this problem is?
What type of UVB light are you using, is it a tube bulb or a compact/coil light?  
What brand is it?  Do you use a bright white basking light as well?

What supplementation are you using for him?
