Wax worms & meal worms

Hello again, My two hatchlings are doing good they really love there baby meal worms and wax worms, my questions are;

How many wax worms can be safly fed daily?

Are wax worms ok to give to baby leos?

Will it help them grow?

How many meal worms can be fed daily?

Can they be fed a diet of mainly meal worms with a cricket here and there plus a wax worm once weekly?

Hey,
I heard that you shouldn't feed wax worms to Leo's because they have liked them so much that they never eat anything else and thats not heathy at all.  Meal worms on the other hand should only be fed to your gecko every 2 to 3 times a week.  Their diet should consist mainly of crickets, with the meal worms every 2 to 3 times a week.  Use the meal worms as a treat.
