Question
I have a question about my 5 year old male Leopard Gecko.  He has an infection near the front of his tail underneath of him.  It is a pretty bad looking cut, and is growing.  How should I help him?

Answer
If the infection is spreading, you will have to see the reptile veterinarian.  He might have to remove some infected tissue before applying medication. In the meantime, use triple antibiotic cream on the infected place.  Be sure to wish your hands thoroughly before and after handling the patient.
