Question
i have a 13-14 ft burmese python(albino) and just acquired an 8-9 ft reticulated python.my question, can i keep them together in the same cage? i have them separate in a 5ftx2ftx2.5 ft cages now. just curious

Answer
Hi Victor,
Large Pythons should be allowed together for breeding only. They are very territorial. If both are males they will fight to the death by constricting each other. I have never had any good results and have had some bad ones over the years. The stress alone on both will cause medical problems. They like being by themselves. If they are males don't even put them on the floor together. Thanks. Edmund Brown [ReptileEd] http://www.ReptileSpectacular.com
