Question
ok so i heard you can use sugar water to make it less bad but what type of sugar can i use or can i use honey?

Answer
Actually, it's a sugar paste that you use.  You add just enough water to plain table sugar to make a paste, and apply that to the affected area.  Keep the gecko on wet paper towel.

This will ONLY work if you have caught it in time, before it has dried out or become injured.  If it does not reduce and return to normal within a day of this careful treatment (reapply often, and keep the area moist at all times), the animal should immediately be taken to a veterinarian, as it's not going to work, and the hemipene may need to be treated differently or even amputated.

In general, it is a very bad idea to attempt to treat a serious health issue at home, particularly if you have never done so before.  I HIGHLY recommend that you simply take the gecko immediately to a vet for treatment.
