My leopard geckos behaving differently

I have been noticing my leopard gecko has been gaining weight so i was going to check to see if she was pregnant so i was going to pick her up and when I petted her she hissed and her stomach started twitching. She's about 1 year old or older. I have never weighted or measured her. She let me pet her last week and before that. Look forward to you answer or advice.

Is she housed with a male?
Her tummy may be sensitive if she is gravid.  Is she becoming rounder or more pear shaped now?
Is she still eating right now?  
Do you have any pictures of her also, so I can see her body shape & condition too?
How often do you give calcium?

She could be pregnant if she is more aggressive than normal when picking her up.
