long tail grass lizards

im wanting to get a long tail grass lizard but i cant seem to find what kind of uv light to use. would a 5.00 uvb light be ok?

thank you for your question.
Since grass lizards (Chamaesaura spec., I don't know which species you want to keep) live in the grasslands of southern Africa, I would choose a UV lamp with a high output along with very bright lighting (HQI lamps for example). The T Rex Active UV Heat is among the best products currently sold:
