QuestionI used to catch these lizards as a young child when I lived in Texas, they made great pets and became very docile with time. now I refuse to catch one in the wild, but I am also unable to find a dealer that sells these animals. if you would refer me to a herp dealer I would appreciate it.
AnswerHello Benjamin, Thank you ever so much for not taking one out of the wild. It means a lot. That and its illegal. There are many different types and the most common is the Western Fence Lizard. Would this animal do good for you? Or are you very set on a Texas Spiny Lizard? First off I will give you a couple links that will help.
