Beared Dragon: is he okay?

My bearded dragon is inactive and wont eat very much, he also is looking very black in color and he looks sleepy i'm only a kid and i don't want him to die he is my best friend. He is about 30cm, if that helps in any way, please help?

You did not include any of the environment/background information laid out in my instructions. Did you read my instructions before asking?
 
The only thing that I can tell you then is to see a vet. If he is sick, then in the condition he is in, they don't get better on their own; they die.

You also need to do some research to see if you are caring for him properly.
