okay...I got a gecko from Petco. It was fine and now it has the red tongue the dark organs and it opens its mouth and shakes it. I was wondering if your gecko got better and what you did because yours had that. I have been feeding it thru an eye dropper. It has been eating baby food and pedialight.It seems to be sneezing...it is weird.

If you could get back to me ASAP that would be great.

What is your tank setup for your gecko?  
What do you mean by dark organs, exactly?  If it is shaking it is either metabolic bone related, or it could be impacted or ill.
What type of substrate is he on?  
Do you have any heat source such as an undertank heater & a basking bulb?  He needs a hot spot of around 88-90 daily.  The light can be turned off overnight but the undertank heater needs to stay on all of the time.
Good you are feeding him through a dropper.  Continue doing so right now.  
It sounds like the tank is too cold for him.
Do you also have a moist hide in there for him?
