vertbrae 1
I found a vertebrae in a bag of peanuts and am curious as to the animal it belonged to.

Answer
I'm afraid identifying a single vertebrae to a specific animal based on a picture alone is not my specialty. If I had to guess, in a bag of peanuts, I would say it was a rodent. Could be a snake that was pursuing a rodent in a bin of peanuts, but I would hold that bag and the contents as evidence in getting a settlement, or at least making sure your antibiotics are paid for by the company...;-)
