loepard gecko

I have a leopard gecko and he has stopped eating completely. I spend loads of time trying to feed him with tweezers but he just turns his nose up. He is also blind and I'm really worried about him. What is the best thing to do.?

You need a vet, but realize going in you'll spend more than replacement cost on the visit alone...  It sounds horrible but the odds of saving it are small, you might consider continuing your efforts at home and if they don't work betting another gecko.  Pedialyte might help try giving it some of that.
