Can you indentify my gecko?

My brother in law found a gecko on a window of a pet store that went out of business. He never figured out what type of gecko it was, and now that I have it- I would really like to know so I can properly care for him. I have a picture, I hope it helps: http://i37.tinypic.com/6z4p4p.jpg

I would need a larger picture to be sure.  The striping is a little odd.  From far away it looks like a beardie with gecko feet!  However, if those stripes are actually spots in an odd arrangement it could be a house gecko, Meditterranean or Indian. A closer image would be great if you could manage, and attach it to your message.
