Leopard gecko-bloating

Hey, I just got a new baby leopard gecko and her belly is swollen/bloating, we can see right through it and it looks like it's a clear liquid. Any idea what it is?

Wow you bought a baby leopard gecko & it was sold to you ill?  Where did you get it from?  
My first thoughts possible impaction.  Do you know what type of substrate she was on before you bought her or can you find out for me if you don't know right off?
Can you post a picture of her for me please?
