Lip

I think it is to late for my bearded dragon. The last two days his beard has been black all the time, but not puffed out. I thought his lip would get better once the top of his head shed, but the lower lip is still to puffy. I think it is MBD because when I bought him it was him and a larger one. The larger one took all the space, and kept him from the lights. He seems to be getting worse and worse. He still has his appitite and everything, but his lips are getting worse. I don't have another 60 dollars to take him to the vet again. I wish they would of checked his lips when I took him like I asked.

Can you please get a picture of him for me?  Any picture.  I just need to take a look at him.  
If it is metabolic bone disease, then, that can be treated but you need a good quality UVB light & some liquid calcium for him to get better.
We need to figure out what is going on fast.
