Question
I had a problem with him trying to attack me during shedding, and now he doesn't do that anymore, but now comes a new problem, he thinks my fingers are food, he will follow me around his cage, following my fingers and getting ready to eat them, what do i do!!!!! i just want to be able to hold him without him wanting to eat me, help!

Answer
Hello Devon,

LOL  Oh that tends to happen if you have handfed him they get overzealous!
When you hold him, & he opens his mouth to try & bite you get some greens or a worm & pop it in his mouth & he will most likely stop doing that.
How old is he?
Are you sure he was trying to attack you when shedding, & wasn't just trying to rub his head or face on your hand to try & get his skin off?  They do tend to rub on things to try & get the skin off.  We had one that would grab my thumb, rub his head & face on my hand, then nibble on my finger if I was trying to "help" with his shed.  Probably because it tickled him.  He never hurt me, though.
