Gecko Eggs

Question
This is my first time breeding my gecko's.  The eggs are in an incubator with perlight at 85.  Is it normal for the eggs to become caved in and extremly fragile at 4 weeks?  At first they were not covered in the incubator but now they are.  The eggs came from 2 different females but the bad eggs were not from just on specific female. There does not appear to be any fungus on any of the eggs.

Answer
Hi Jackie,
The eggs just might need to have a bit more humidity.
http://www.westcoastleopardgecko.com/Breeding.html  scroll down the page and it tells you how to "save" the egg.

http://www.vmsherp.com/LCBreedingLeopards.htm has more info on egg laying

You don't want the eggs completely covered, other than if trying to hydrate a too dry of egg.
I gave you links so that you can refer back to them more easily than having a long, typed out answer.
I've never bred leos, but from everything I have read, the eggs can hatch even when there have been problems with the eggs at some point.
Do be sure to get your source for pinhead crickets so that as soon as the little leos are ready to eat, you have food available for them.
