Lizard/Gecko I have a family of these lizards/geckos recently moved into my garage, never seen them before, having problems identifying them.
Any ideas what species / how they suddenly became so populous in my area?

The picture when enlarged is fuzzy. But the color is not a normal color for any wild gecko. These geks may have escaped from a tank or shipment for the pet industry. Depending on where you live, winter may be bad news for this gecko family. I suggest calling the nearest reptile rescue or herpetolocical society to come get them. Judging by this one's body and tail, he could use some good meals.
