I certainly hope you are not going to try to do some snake fighting.  Are you studying snakes?
I really don't know who would win, honestly.  It would depend on the sizes of the snakes & the circumstances as to why they were fighting.
The Black Mamba is deadly but could be overcome by a larger snake if taken by surprise.
