Question
I have 2 rabbits a doe dutch about 2 1/2 month and a buck neverland dwarf about 2 years, I have them in seperated homes but right next together. Hope that wasnt to much information, anyways I have goten so many rabbit toys the carrot to fling, the rabbit ball, the wood blocks, little balls, the rabbit kinda key ring, a baby toy that was recomended, even a rabbit play house for when they come out to play alone.. Neither of them will play w/any of this stuff nor go in the house I bought they just sniff rubb chin and thats it I have tried putting a treat in the house or toys they eat it then thats it and the toys w/o a treat they wont even pick up, THey both have there own home food, water hay tray, litter tray and a house inside there home and they seem pretty happy, when they come out they will run around jump try to bite things of course, dig, hide all the bunnie things, even come to me to be petted then go jump more but they wont touch their toys! What should I do about this? are toys just a wast of money w/them? Will some bunnies not play with them? If no what should I do about there mental stimulation that I read about if they dont play they become angry sad mean bunnies? Please help me. Thanks for any advise you can offer..Have a good day

Answer
Some rabbits just don't like to play with toys. They are proably getting enought exercise and fun out side the pen that they don't care about the toys. If you cannot get them to play and don't want the toys to go to waste, you could donate them to a bunny shelter or local ASPCA to their needy animals.
