my rabbit is losing a lot of fur but no bald spots

Question
I have a 3-4 year old rabbit and lately she has been losing a lot of fur but she's not balding. I switched her food thinking that might be it but nothing has changed. She does have a stuffy noise and the vet tried giving her medicine and nothing worked. The vet has said that there's nothing he can do. I'm trying to find another vet for her but it's hard where I live. She has had the noise thing since she was little. She's eating and drinking okay. Could there be something wrong with her or should I be doing something else for her?
