7 yr old male lop rabbit

MY 7 YR OLD RABBIT BANDIT HAS VERY LARGE TESTICALS. HE EATS JUST FINE USES THE LITTER PAN AND IS DRINKING WATER. HIS FUR IS A LITTLE DULL. HE IS PLAYFUL AND IN GOOD BEHAVOIR. I HAVE HAD RABBITS IN THE PAST AND NEVER SAW SUCH A THING. HOPING YOU CAN HELP ME .

This could be either testicular abscesses or tumors, either of which should be examined and addressed appropriately by a good rabbit vet:

At the age of 7 he's not old, but he should have a full exam before surgery, to be sure he's a good surgical candidate.  No surgery is 100% risk free, but abnormal testicles should be addressed (and probably removed) because the risk of very serious problems is pretty high.
