is it ever too late to get the rabbits neutered?

Answer
Each vet might give a different answer depending on their experience neutering different ages of rabbits.  Generally if the rabbit is healthy and less than 6 years old, a neuter will probably be fine.

If the rabbit is older, a vet may do some bloodwork to see if the rabbit is healthy enough.  And may provide council on the neuter of an older rabbit.
