Is my rabbit pregnant

I have two dwarf rabbit and I have seperated them because i think that she is pregnant !!!!!!! and she has had a litter before and we hade 4 kits but they all came out dead and the rabbit's are brother and sister but she has milk coming out of her boob's do you think that she is pregnant again ????? please tell me

If she has milk, then I would almost assume that she has already had her kits, this generally doesn't happen in rabbits until either right before birth or right after (just like in humans).  I suggest keeping the rabbits separate,until you can figure out if she has already had her kits or if she will be having them soon, or if it is a false pregnacy, and  until you can get one or both of them neutered. Breeding full brother to sister is generally not a good idea geneticly and may be the cause of the death of the 1st litter.
