Mini-lop hates to be held

Question
Hi, I have a year old mini lop who is very sweet, except for one thing - she hates to be held.  I support her back feet, but she kicks violently.  I want to get her out of the cage in order to exercise her, but she avoids being picked up and sometimes bites.  If I do succeed in getting her out of the cage, she is then scared of me for the next few days.  Moving the cage to the play area is a big hassle and not really feasible on daily basis.  Do you have any suggestions on how to get her out of the cage easily without causing her stress?

Answer
hi jennifer i,m afraid it will be a long haul as dshe needs to get confidant with you .it will mean picking her up every day and maybe give her a titbit -this way she will get use to you doing itand relax.pick her up with one hand behind its ears and the other on its bottom and as you pick her up turn her on her back -this will make her not able o kick out at you.
