Rabbit with a cut foot

Question
My house Rabbit recently cut his foot on a piece of sharp concrete in my kitchen (the concrete has now been fixed). The cut was only very small and not very deep.  The problem is every time the wound heals and forms into a scab my rabbit rips the scab open again causing it to bleed.
This has happened about four times now within the last two weeks and I am getting fairly concerned about the amount of blood lost. What can I do to stop him from      re-opening the wound?
Thanks

Answer
About the only thing that is really going to keep him from it is an e-collar, one of those things that looks like a cone that you put over their heads.  If the foot he cut is a front foot, it will have to be deep enough to keep him from getting to it.  If it's a back foot, then just having the collar will keep him from that.  You can get those at vet's offices and some pet stores.  I know for example that Petsmart carries them.
