Bunny peed a lot

My bunny died. Few hours before it died, it peed a lot and had watery eyes. It was able to move its whole body except its head. Therefore, it was not able to stand on its feet as well. What do you think caused its death?

I am very sorry for the loss of your rabbit.

I'm not a vet and I haven't seen your bunny so I can't know what it was.  It could have been a stroke or something like that, or some kind of virus/infection in the brain/inner ear.

Again, I am sorry your bunny passed away.
