rabbits runny eyes

my rabbit is a lop eared rabbit and he is 2 years old, he is suffering from his eyes running  and making his fur  round the area of the eyes to come off, could you please give me advice about this condition on what it may be and is it very serious, thank you

runny eyes could be a number of things, to a blocked tear duct to dental problems.  You need to take him in to your regular good rabbit vet and have him properly examined and diagnosed.  Go to a good rabbit vet, not all vets are.

Don't wait, it will not get better by itself.  The longer you wait the harder it will be to correct the problem.
