Pasteurella can manifest in any number of ways; it is a bacterium, not a disease. So it can cause abscesses, upper respiratory infection, and even urinary tract infection. Most commonly, it causes upper respiratory signs.
Most Pasteurella strains are quite sensitive to injectable Penicillin-G Procaine (the only penicillin safe for rabbits), or to the fluoroquinolones. But you will need an experienced rabbit vet to help you:
