Question
My rabbit was bred 24 days ag, at 12 days I fealt her stomach and thought I fealt a baby, the first coupe weeks she didn't want anything to do withthe buck and ran away and grunted (which I heard they are supose to do) and when I fealt her belly she grunted and me and ran away but now she really wants to breed with the buck and get in his cage, and now I can't feel any babies. I know she tok to the buck quite a few times because he grunted and fell to the side. Is she not pregnant? Or why does she want to breed?

Answer
Pregnancy takes 31 days on average.
Do not keep palpating the doe as this is stressful to her and if not done right can damage the fetus(s)
Most doe know what to do when the time comes and will only pull fur out to make a nest a few days to a few hours before giving birth, usually in the early hours.

Does can hold back the pregnancy if they feel stressed and decided not to become pregnant until the time is right.
They can also hold a second litter back and be pregnant whilst nursing the first litter.

so it is natural instinct for the doe to want to keep mating in this case
It is not a wise idea to keep the buck in view of the doe all the time as she it is only causing her stress which could stop her from producing, a present buck can also make her kill her litter in some cases.
