If they are five days old and still warm and wiggly and not leaving the nest, then she is feeding them. They will not constantly have huge tummies; that happens only right after feeding, and only if there are not too many babies in the litter, having to share.
Keep track of the babies' growth progress. If they seem lethargic, cold, or skinny, then you may have to take over the job of feeding them, if mom runs out of milk. But please read these articles first:
