rabbit having seizures

Question
Dear Mr. Lawrence,

i have two dwarf rabbits, roughly two months old each; one is a normal dwarf (Bubbles) and the other is a dwarf lion head (Juules).

we used to have another lop eared dwarf (Buddy), but sadly she passed away. A vet had told us to use front line on the lop eared bunny because she had a minor case of fleas...

I saw one bug on my current bunnies and decided precaution is better than cure and thus i front lined both of them. the normal dwarf seems to be fine, however, the lion head is having seizures... i took her to the vet (a different one) and was told front line is really bad for rabbits. Also, we informed the vet that Juules had jumped from a high distance the other day since we were not sure wether the hit would have caused any severe damage. Also, it was the first time she ate a bit of fresh carrot, but I doubt the carrot could have done harm, right?

We've also noticed Juules slowly sways her head from side to side and tends to like sitting and looking into corners.. sometimes she literally tries to stuff her little head into corners. I s this meant to be as worrying? Or is it normal behavior?

The first  seizure seemed horrible, it personally made me cry, and the worst bit was the scream that came after. It was heart breaking... the seizures are few and far between, but thy don't seem as severe, she doesn't scream any more, so I'm hoping that's a good sign!

We washed both rabbits with water hoping to remove what's left of the front line, just in case it is the cause of all this.

Do you know of anything at all we can do to help my poor bunnies? Or, how long these seizures will go on for/ will she get better?

She's always ate quite a substantial amount, i give her lots of hay and pellets and fresh bottled water to make sure it's clean. However, I've just read that colored pellets may be harmful... is this true? I'm sorry for so many questions, but I really want Juules to get better

Sincerely, and thank you

Answer
hi , all you needed for fleas was a powder to rub in which can be bought from a pet store.
has you told the vet what had happened to joules , i am surprised he did not take an x ray to see if there was any damage.
fits in rabbits are quite common but i would have thought the vet would have given you some medication for the rabbit.
just keep a good eye on them and if the fitting gets worse i would go back to the vet so he can check him out.
carrots are good in moderation
