Zoning - Depends, each community and home owners association makes their own rules, contact your local government or HOA representative for zoning information in your area.
Rooting - All pigs root. It is a natural behavior. Pigs can be trained to use a Rooting Box, or to root only in certain areas of the yard. Nose rings have no effect on rooting behavior.
Feeding - The best diet is pot-bellied pig food and fresh fruits and vegetables, with treats kept to a minimum. Fresh water should always be available.
