house training and impossable pig

i have a 9 month old male pig he is not neutered i don't know if that makes a difference but i am trying to teach him to go out side with the dogs. he dose really good and then some days he will just only pee in his cage all day long ill take him out side wait for him to go give him a treat make sure he has done 1 and 2 and then take him in side he will play for a few then ill take him bank out he will go ill give him a great put him in the cage give him a treat for going in cage and he will pee and poop like 10 min later so ill clean it up and then he will and ill put him out side and then put him in cage with new sheets and he will do it again what should i do he is driving me crazy???

I have a feeling that he is expecting a reward every time he goes potty whether it be inside or outside.
I would not give him treats for going potty out side anymore.  Just praise him instead.  This may take a while to undo but it should help.
Getting him neutered would probably help also.
